We are less than 1 mile east of the Bay Pines Veterans Hospital. One of the finest County Parks, “Veterans Park” is across the street, great for a nice walk or launching a boat from the boat ramp. Best of all, our mobile home park is a 5 minute car ride from the famous Gulf of Mexico Beaches; Madeira, Treasure Island, and Redington Beaches. If you are an avid boater or just a weekend warrior, our park has available a full service marina, Bay Pines Marina. Just walking distance from anywhere in the park, the marina is just minutes away from the Inter-coastal Waterway, John’s Pass, and some of the most beautiful boating in all of Florida.
In our mobile home park you rent the lot and own your mobile home. Our park has alot to offer. We have a fishing pier, heated pool, club house, shuffleboard courts, bocci, billiard room, library, access to Pinellas Trail, pet section, and bus service.
