Think of what you are going through right now. In the garden, Jesus prayed for you and me before he died. He doesn’t want us to be alone in what we are doing but wants us to receive the very best.
Everything we need each moment is given to us from above as we pray in the Our Father, “Give us this day our daily bread.” How wonderful it is to live in God’s presence and be one with Him in all our choices in all we think and do. I love surrendering everything to Jesus, letting Him have His way with me.
Every morning, I look at my schedule and pray for God’s presence in everything I do. I’m often so involved with what I do with my neighbor that I know He is with me in the person I am seeing. The intention during my prayer each morning is enough to keep me in His Presence and open to be a channel of His abundance.
Gospel Challenge:
Jesus prayed that we would all be one as He is one with His Father. Go to Jesus each morning and invite Him to be with you throughout the day. You will experience unity with everyone you meet, even someone very difficult to bear. Jesus prayed for this before He died, and his prayer is ready to be answered today. Peace be with you.
